The Best Drinks to Take Before Breakfast So You Have More Energy

You'll begin to feel good about your mornings

Have you found yourself so locked in on a task that before you realize it’s already 11 am and you have not eaten?

It happens to me quite often. I don’t intend to skip breakfast, but I get into a zone and cannot just stop to even eat.

During those times, I prefer to drink something that will not only keep me hydrated but also give me energy and help me stay focused. Here are some of my favorite drinks before breakfast.

1. Water

If you’re asleep, you’re not eating. And chances are then when you wake, you might want to eat something so your body gets enough energy for the day.

And water is the great guide, transporting all the nutrients, oxygen and other essential elements to different cells.

Drinking water in the morning, allows you to set up a solid nutrient distribution system that will serve your body well in the course of your day.

Water is one of the vital drinks before breakfast because it helps to flush out toxins from your body.

It turns out that the kidneys of a human adult filter about 120-150 quarts of fluid each day. With the passing of the day around 1-2 quarts of these fluids are flushed out from the body through urination.

Drinking water when you wake up is important for a healthy kidney throughout your day.

Without a properly functioning kidney, waste products and excess fluid can build up inside the body leading to chronic kidney diseases. You don’t want that.

2. Coffee

Coffee drinking has become a habit for many people across the world. Around 400 million people consume coffee each year.

The caffeine in coffee hinders the functions of a brain hormone, namely adenosine. This, in turn, increases the production of other hormones that make you active, a study proved. Coffee is definitely a great choice.

3. Green Tea

Green tea is considered the best coffee alternative and energy-boosting drink. It can prevent heart diseases.

People who have developed the habit of drinking green tea are less likely to develop bladder, liver, stomach colorectal cancers. Instead of coffee, consider drinking 3-4 cups of green tea per day.

4. Water infused with apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar, when used with water, can have miracles. It offers numerous benefits to health instead of caffeine found in coffee.

Take a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and mix it up in a glass of water.

7. Coconut Water

One of the drinks before breakfast I’ve come to fall in love with is coconut water. Coconut water contains electrolytes and considered low in calories, fats, and sugar

It is one of those refreshing and energy-boosting drinks that reduce the chances of a heart attack. It is not like coconut milk, which is high in fats.
